Explore. Educate. Empower.

"Helen's hands hold as much wisdom, care, and knowledge as her mind, and that is saying a lot! Like a good bookstore, Helen's presence creates a sense of comfort and stimulation, as well as provides vast amounts of information that makes it fun and easy to engage with the intimate subjects of body, sex, and over all self-worth. I would recommend Helen to anyone."

--Seneca Miller, founder of JustBodies

"That was a fascinating look at my sexuality.  I've never seen myself from that angle before." -A 50 year old client

Transform

You deserve pleasure.

Whether you've been the victim of abuse or assault, or have just lived in the oppression of our modern society, it can be hard to remember that you deserve to feel good.

I am passionate about transforming shame and trauma to reclaim sexual pleasure.  I love to help people find the power within themselves to feel comfortable in their own skin, to feel free to express themselves in intimate relationships, and to live in an open, authentic and pleasure-filled way.

About Helen

I am a Dr. of Human Sexuality and Certified Sexological Bodyworker, trained at San Francisco's Institute of Advanced Study of Human Sexuality.  I also have a bachelor's degree in biology and a passion for science and physiology.

As a person who is queer, polyamorous, hormonally intersex, ex-Mormon and a survivor of abuse and trauma, I am uniquely suited to work with your sexual concerns, whatever they may be.
